What changed

Written as what changed for you. A commit log is a different document, and it is not for you.

Reports, performance reviews, and plans that differ

2026-09-20

  • NewReports: leave balances, the payroll register with a bank transfer file, headcount movement, and who was in. Any of them can be saved with its filters and run again next month, and a large one is generated in the background.
  • NewPerformance as a cycle: a period, a template of factors, a self-assessment beside the manager’s, a weighted result, and a list of who has not been assessed.
  • NewYour company’s own paperwork — a trade licence, an insurance certificate — on the documents page, with expiry reminders like everything else.
  • NewAnnouncements can be addressed by description rather than by list: everybody on a fixed-term contract in Dubai, resolved when people read it rather than when it was sent.
  • NewPrivacy and retention in Settings: how long each kind of thing is kept, and a subject access request answered from the product.
  • BetterEvery control is at least 44px on a phone, so a filter and a button beside each other stop competing for your thumb.
  • FixedChanging the shape of your employee numbers said "saved" and changed nothing. It now saves, and a company that has renamed itself can start a new series while everybody keeps the number they have.

Dashboards you arrange, and an API

2026-09-18

  • NewDashboards are yours to arrange: drag the cards, choose which four figures head the page, and build a card from your own work-log activities.
  • NewAn API with a key per integration, scoped to what that integration needs, with every call logged.
  • BetterAttendance can arrive from a door terminal in batches, and punches that match nobody are held for somebody to resolve rather than dropped.
