What happens when the trial ends?: Your company becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and paying reopens it.
Can we change tier later?: Yes. A module you lose is switched off, not emptied, so going back up brings its history with it.
Who counts as an employee?: An active record. Somebody who has left keeps their history and stops counting.
