Terms of service

These terms are being finalised with our legal advisers before we take payment. Until they are published here, your use of Staffena is covered by whatever we have agreed with you directly, and nothing on this page overrides that.

What we can already commit to

• Your company's data is yours. We do not sell it and we do not train anything on it.
• Our staff can only look inside your company by explicitly entering it with a stated reason, and that entry appears in your own audit trail as well as ours.
• If you stop paying, your data becomes read-only rather than deleted, and you can export it.
• You can close your account and have your data removed on request.
